Toronto Maternity Session with Kat

I’ve always really love shooting outdoors and on location, but I am starting to really fall in love with in-studio sessions. I also used to be terrified of artificial light but over the years I’ve become more comfortable. I guess everything becomes easier with practice! I’ve learnt that when I shoot inside, I actually have more control over the light and I can adjust it to suit my needs.
I am also really enjoying these maternity photoshoots - there is something so beautiful about a woman’s transforming body and motherhood in general.
I am in love with how these photos of Kat turned out - she looks stunning! We shot this maternity session in Toronto and the talented Natalie did Kat’s hair and make-up.
