Location: Conservatory Studio at Mint Room Studios (300 Campbell Avenue, Unit #300, ON)

Mood: Welcome to a magical winter forest, straight out of our beloved movies and cartoons. Our Conservatory’s architectural arches will serve as the backdrop for a multidimensional, all-white playground with white floors and white trees in various sizes, inviting you to explore and play. For the little ones, snowballs will be ready for a playful adventure. A minimalistic white couch on wheels will be available so you can switch between traditional portrait-style photos and candid, unstaged moments of joy. The rest of the room will remain setup-free, providing a versatile space for your non-holiday photos.

Price: $375 for a 25 minute guided photoshoot and 15 edited, high resolution images (option to purchase more).
Full payment required upon booking. For an extra $30, you can add a SNOW MACHINE to make the experience feel even more magical.

Mood: Monochrome here doesn’t mean simple—it means layers of luxurious textures and rich textiles, from plush velvet to soft fur, rattan to wood, and shimmering glass to glossy accents. Every surface and corner will invite warmth and comfort. The space will offer a 360-degree experience, featuring two Christmas trees—one nestled near the arch and the other by the stairs. The swing will be adorned, creating a cozy little nook that invites you to linger.

Location: Archive Studios at 411 Richmond Street East, #100

Mood: The theme is Tinsel and Bows. The design will include a custom-made large bow adorned to the mantle, tinsel-hung trees along with stylish gold and silver decorations.

Preto Loft: Sunday, December 1

Date and time: Sunday, December 1 from 2pm-5pm

Location: East Side Studio at Preto Loft (213 Sterling Rd, Unit #212)

Mood: Imagine a secluded cabin in the snowy woods. Outside, heavy snow falls, while inside, you’re wrapped in fur blankets by a crackling fire, lost in a good book and surrounded by twinkling lights and glowing candles. Pine Lodge. will be the coziest, moodiest space ever that will feature a grand hanging structure made of deep green branches, adorned with twinkling lights. Firewood stacked neatly, textured fur pillows and blankets, and natural forest green tones will bring the chalet feel to life. Two oversized trees and a fireplace complete the scene, making it the perfect winter holiday retreat. For seating, we’ll have a velvet couch on wheels, so you can move it around to create your ideal shot.

FAQ’S

How do I book a mini session?

Click ‘Book Timeslot’ to temporarily reserve your preferred date and time slot. Your spot will be booked once full payment ($375) is received via e-transfer to aleksandraradic@gmail.com.

What if we are late to our session?

If you are late to your session, we will use whatever time is left to take photos. Unfortunately, there are no refunds.

Is there parking?
Mint Room Studios:
There is free street parking along Campbell Avenue, just south of the Mint Room Studios building. Please note that parking directly in front of the Clock Factory building has a one-hour limit on weekdays. You can also park on Symington Avenue (west of Campbell), Campbell Avenue, or on Antler Street.

Preto Loft:
There are 3 dedicated Preto Loft spots (free) and 3 visitor parking spots that get filled up very quickly so give yourself plenty of time to park. If all Preto Loft parking spots are full, you can park across the street in the paid indoor parking lot for T3 Sterling – right next to the Moca Museum.  There is also 1 hour free street parking on Sterling and Perth (2 minute walk).

Archive Studios:
There is paid street parking along Richmond Street, or a Green P parking lot located a block down Richmond Street East (Richmond/Sherbourne Garage).

What is your cancellation policy?

Please make sure before booking that you are available on the date and time that you book. If you need to cancel for reasons beyond your control, you can apply the credit to a future full session. You can also sell or give your session to a friend or relative!

How long before we receive the photographs back?

You will receive your high resolution, edited photos within a week.
